ROBOFOREX LP informed that RoboForex (CY) Ltd., ROBOFOREX Group member, received license number 191/13 of Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Such regulation allows intermediary brokerage activity (including MiFID and European countries).
Receiving CySEC license tells us about improvement of juristical side and further steps made for enlarging of company influence on the world financial arena.
From now on RoboForex (CY) Ltd. is a CySEC licensed broker that follows normative framework of Cyprus and European Union. Their brokerage activity is regulated by CySEC, FCSL and other regional organisations.
RoboForex (CY) Ltd. CySEC license includes:
- Transmission and reception of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments.
- Order execution on behalf of traders.
It is important to admit that such type of license allows to execute, receive and sent traders’ orders to the contractors on interbank currency market.
